Carlos is a Tax advisor with more than thirteen years of experience advising national and international clients in relation to any state, autonomous or local tax related to the Spanish Tax system, including M&A advice from a Tax perspective. He specializes in Restructuring, Tax Law, Due Diligence, Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Law, and International Tax.
He joined BDO Spain in 2011, being appointed to Tax senior manager in 2015. From September to December 2017, he carried out my job from BDO´s office in London. He started his career at PwC as a Tax advisor in the Large Estates and Family Businesses department for two years, working later as a Tax advisor in the KPMG People Services department.
He is a Law and Business Administration graduate from Universidad de Salamanca and he holds a Master’s degree in Tax Advice from the IE Business School.
