María is a awyer with 11 years of experience in advising companies on Corporate Law, Mergers & Acquisitions, Contracting, and Real Estate, especially in the sustainable development and renewable energy sectors.
She joins Valencia-hadquartered Genia Global Energy from Metricson, where she was a Corporate and M&A senior associate since January 2022, providing Commercial advice to companies in Corporate Law, Venture Capital & Startups, M&A, Commercial contracting and Real Estate.
Prior to joining Metricson, she worked at Cuatrecasas Valencia office for 11 years.
María holds a double degree in Law and Business Administration from Universidad de Valencia, and holds a Master´s degree in Circular Economy and Sustainable Development from Universidad Internacional de Valencia and a postgraduate course in Company value and Corporate Accounting from Barcelona School of Management (Universitat Pompeu Fabra).
