Lino was until now a senior associate in the Administrative Law, Urban Planning and Environment department of Garrigues, which he joined in 2013.
He has extensive experience in advising the public and private sectors in all areas of Public Law. In particular, he has experience in matters such as Urban Planning, public procurement, Environmental Law, Consumer Law, claims for patrimonial liability and administrative law.
He has experience in Administrative litigation and has participated in numerous legal audits and in the preparation of legal reports on a wide range of sectors, including, among others, mining, medicines, health products and cosmetics, transport, REACH, real estate, hospitals, shopping centres, retail, tourism and hotels.
He holds a Law degree from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, a diploma from Centro Europeo de Derecho Público, and an LL.M. in International Transactions from Centro de Estudios Garrigues
