The new office occupies the first four floors of this emblematic building, which was Bankia’s regional headquarters in Alicante and now belongs to the Alcaraz family office, Aligrupo.
The law firm highlights the sustainable nature of these new facilities in which technology has an important presence. An example of this is the LED lighting system with presence sensor in corridors, which regulates the intensity depending on the entry of natural light; or the interactive screens, with which the meeting rooms have been equipped, which allow their use as a blackboard, wireless presentation from any device or videoconferencing connections. They are also equipped with zoned air-conditioning and various energy-saving and water-saving solutions.
The new offices have more space and differentiated areas for customer service. They include 39 offices, 47 staff positions, and seven meeting rooms for up to 70 people. In addition, two internal meeting rooms and a staff canteen have been set up. On the ground floor, with access from La Explanada, the main office of Banca March in Alicante has been located for some months now.
Juan Antonio Pacheco, partner and head of Garrigues Alicante, said: “The offices we have just opened represent a qualitative leap in the conditions in which we work for our clients, which I am sure will result in greater efficiency in the service we offer them.”
