Antonio Gallo Palenzuela joined Garrigues Málaga office in 2012, made senior associate in 2016 and has now been promoted to principal associate in the firm´s Labour Law practice. He has extensive experience in collective bargaining, strategic advice on human resources and Labour issues for multinational and national companies, the design and defense of company and sector collective agreements and the resolution of labor disputes. With extensive experience in the Litigation field, he has represented companies both in the National Court and before the Courts and High Courts of the Social Order.
In addition, among other areas, he usually takes part in advising, from a Labour point of view, on national and international Corporate deals (Mergers, Acquisitions, Outsourcing, etc.) and in all the processes derived from them. He is mainly active in the aviation, technology companies and tourism sector.
Antonio holds a Law degree from Universidad de Granada and holds an official Master´s degreer in Occupational Risk Prevention from Universidad San Pablo CEU and an LLM in International Transactions from Centro de Estudios Garrigues and Universidad Pablo de Nebrija.
