Arantza Tobaruela, until now counsel at Garrigues Barcelona office, has been working with the firm for the last 25 years, and for the last 15, has been the head of the firm´s Civil department of the Family Business area. She now leaves the firm and launches an independent practice as Conscious Counselor & Family Business Lawyer.
“I have decided to start a new stage as an independent professional to continue accompanying Business Families in the succession processes in the Family legacy and, in addition, to commit myself to a greater extent to the creation of spaces for training and ontological reflection for the expansion of awareness in the Family Business as well as in the professionals of the Family Business environment. I begin this stage, immensely grateful for the 25 years at Garrigues, from the appreciation, respect and gratitude to each and every one of the people who during these 25 years have taught me and with whom I have shared experience and growth,” said Tobaruela.
Arantza Tobaruela is a Law graduate from Universitat de Barcelona and holds a post-graduate degree in Catalan Civil Law.
