Greening Group is the first company to register in 2023 a document of incorporation to BME Growth market, which last year welcomed the debut of 15 new companies.
Greening Group will carry out two share subscription offers. Once completed, it will publish an addendum to the Information Document with the result of the offers. The Company’s Board of Directors intends to take the subscription price of the offers as a reference for the commencement of share trading.
In this way, it will be the first company to register in 2023 a document of incorporation to BME MTF Equity in its BME Growth segment, as it announced a few weeks ago, when it announced its intention to raise, through the capital increase, between €20 million and €23 million to finance its business plan.
According to the company, this decision by BME Growth is an important step for Greening Group, which will carry out two share subscription offers; likewise, as announced at the time, the company’s Board of Directors plans to take the subscription price of the offers as a reference for the start of trading in the shares.
The Registered Advisor of the company is GVC Gaesco Valores, while Banco Sabadell will act as Liquidity Provider.
“The main reasons for requesting the listing of all of its shares on BME Growth include expanding the shareholder base, as well as providing a mechanism for liquidity and objective valuation of the shares that can serve as a reference for potential future corporate transactions. It also aims to provide the necessary equity for investment in the various solar farms under development as part of the business plan, among others,” the company said in a statement.
Greening Group aims to bring both public and private companies closer to the production of renewable energy from photovoltaic solar energy, and contribute to a more sustainable world from the conviction that a better use of water, energy and the environment can be carried out.
Garrigues advised Sabadell (Placement Entity) in connection with the subscription offers and subsequent incorporation of the shares into BME Growth with a team formed by partners Gonzalo García-Fuertes and José Luis Palao, together with principal associate Lijun Chen.
KPMG Abogados provided legal advice to the company on the capital increase and subsequent listing of the Company’s shares on BME Growth.
