AQ Acentor, Aquila Capital’s property developer in Spain, invests €30 million to build residential assets in Malaga’s Zeta District. AQ Acentor has acquired three plots for the development of 120 dwellings, in a a deal that lifts the Spanish property developer’s investment in Malaga to over €430 million.
The development of the three projects will generate around 500 jobs, both direct and indirect, favouring the hiring of local collaborators as a lever for the economic and social growth of the area of influence, according to the company.
AQ Acentor’s CEO, Sergio Gálvez, said: “The team is extremely happy about this new investment.
