Garrigues guides Arquimea´s €50m CP Programme on MARF

Garrigues has advised technology company Arquimea on the registration of a €50 million Commercial Paper (CP) Programme on MARF

Arquimea designs, manufactures and distributes highly specialised products primarily for the aerospace, science industry, biotechnology and fintech sectors. Through its subsidiaries in Germany, the USA and Southeast Asia, Arquimea exports to more than 25 countries and has a customer portfolio that includes leading global companies and organisations such as the European Space Agency and NASA.

The maximum nominal amount of this Commercial Paper programme will be €50 million, and each Notes will have a nominal value of €100,000, meaning that the maximum number of securities in circulation at any given time cannot exceed 500. The Programme will be in force for one year from the date of admission.

EBN Banco de Negocios acts as registered Advisor, the Placement Entities are Beka Finance and EBN Banco de Negocios, with Banco de Sabadell acting as Payment Agent and Garrigues as Legal advisor.

Arquimea debuted on MARF in 2021 with the registration of a €75 million CP Programme note programme and a €100 million Bond Programme.

Garrigues advised Arquimea with a team formed by partner Gonzalo García-Fuertes, together with principal associate Lijun Chen and associate David Fernández.
