According to Valencia Plaza, BG Vinculum Private Equity already has the relevant ISIN code (ES0174000002) from the Agencia Nacional de Codificación de Valores (ANCV) under the Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV). The Baringo family’s new private equity company, managed by MDEF Gestefin, was incorporated on 23 November and its sole administrator is Vinculum Baringo Goberna SL.
The manager is MDEF Gestefin, which is also present in two other Valencian SCRs: Cuarzo Investments of the Lladró Roig family and Korosti Family Office of the Lamsfus. This financial company belongs to MdF Family Partners.
