Jairo Álvarez joins the growing Garrigues Financial & Regulatory Team as a senior associate.
His professional career over the last 14 years has been developed at the CNMV, in different departments such as the investor department, the financial and corporate reporting department, and mainly in the area of takeover bids of the department of primary markets and the area of investment services companies of the department of authorization and registration of entities. In his beginnings, he also worked at Repsol as a Legal Insurance advisor.
He is a Law graduate from the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE).
