GA_P recruits Town Planning senior from Pérez-Llorca

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has hirez Paz Pardo as a Town Planning senior associate, joining from Pérez-Llorca, where she also was a senior associate in the firm´s Land Planning and Environmental practice

Paz Pardo has extensive experience in the participation and management of highly complex Land Planning issues.

Paz has a decade of experience providing continuous legal advice to international companies, specially in Land Planning, Environmental and Public Law matters. Over the last decade, her activity has focused on resolving urban planning issues related to changes in the use of buildings, the viability of carrying out refurbishment works on protected assets located in historic city centres, iconic assets and compliance with sectoral requirements for the implementation of projects and development of specific activities and land planning development of all types of plots of land, participating both in the drafting of land planning and management instruments, and during their execution through advice to land planning entities, until the necessary permits are obtained for the construction of the buildings and the start-up of activities.

Paz joined Pérez-Llorca in 2014, after prior experience at Ramón y Cajal Abogados, Knight Frank and Endesa.

She holds a degree in Law from the Universidad de Santiago de Compostela and a Master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the Universidad San Pablo-CEU (Madrid). 

She has assessed all kind of land planning developments and real estate projects, including the coordination and management of multidisciplinary teams. Her trajectory has been recognised in international legal directories.  

Her main functions are mainly threefold: development and management of land, construction, refurbishment and enhance of real estate assets, and representation of companies in land planning entities. 

Paz has participated as author or coauthor in several specialized legal publications such as Revista de Derecho Urbanístico y Medio Ambiente.
