Prior to joining the GA_P, Guadalupe was a partner and head of the Finance and Tax Department for Madrid and Barcelona at Lener, a firm she joined in 2019, after 15 years at Cuatrecasas. She specialises in advising family businesses and private clients, with a particular focus on international clients, especially in LatAm. During her professional career, she has advised foreign private clients on their relocation to Spain, on the structuring of their assets and on the review of their existing structures in order to organise them efficiently and plan their generational transmission via donations or succession.
Guadalupe frequently lectures at seminars and courses on tax issues, and she is a professor of the English course of BBA at ESADE, on international tax matters. She has published several opinion articles and is the author of books on tax matters.
She is ranked in the Private Wealth category in the international directories Chambers High Net Worth Guide 2021, Who&Who Legal 2021 Private Client and Best Lawyers. Guadalupe has also been recognised as one of the top-notch Private Wealth international advisors in the prestigious Private Client Global Elite directory 2022-2023.
Guadalupe is a member of international organizations such as the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), the International Fiscal Association (IFA) and the International Bar Association (IBA), where she is a regular speaker. She is the vice-president of the fiscal section of the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA).
She holds a Law degree from the Universidad Católica de Buenos Aires (extraordinary award), and a Master´s degree in Business Law (UPF), and DEA in Financial and Tax Law from UPF.
