Indigo Group is a world leader in parking and individual mobility services serving the smart cities. The group’s activities comprise several businesses, including off-street parking and related services, on-street parking, individual mobility and digital and associated services. Indigo builds, finances and operates customised and smart parking solutions.
The underground parking is located in the heart of Zaragoza, in Plaza de España, one of the city’s main car parks. Indigo already owned six parkings in Zaragoza downtown, with the one in Plaza de España making the seventh. It is a four-storey car park located below the Puerta Cinegia shopping centre.
Infra Foch Topco owns 99.58% of the share capital of Indigo Group, the remainder being held by Fonds Commun de Placement d’Entreprise in the hands of the group’s employees. Infra Foch Topco’s share capital is held directly and indirectly by PREDICA, one of Crédit Agricole Assurances’ subsidiaries, which owns 47,83 % of its share capital, Vauban Infrastructure Partners which owns directly and indirectly 33,38 %, MEAG which owns 14,44 %, Infra Foch Topco itself with its own share representing 0,34 %, and the remainder is owned by the group’s management.
