GA_P advises Visma on the acquisition of Moloni

This operation in the technology sector will unite Visma and Moloni to continue growing and consolidating as one of the major powers in the European business software market.

GA_P has advised on all the operations carried out by Visma to date in the Iberian Peninsula (Holded, Declarando, Woffu, and, now, Moloni).
