Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has advised Norddeutsche Landesbank Girozentrale, Germany’s largest bank in the issuance of domestic and international bonds, and Banco Santander, a world leader in financing renewable energy projects and one of the three largest banks in the world by number of transactions, on a financing granted to Garnacha Solar, as borrower, for the construction of a 150MWp solar plant located in Toro (Zamora).
Garnacha Solar, S.L. is a subsidiary of the German company IB Vogt GmbH, which has extensive experience in the renewable energy sector and a large portfolio of projects worldwide.
