The deal between the two companies will consist of five biogas projects under development in Spain, will create around 80 jobs and will reduce methane emissions into the atmosphere by 1,276 tonnes per year.
Thanks to this sale, Aurea Green Gass will reinforce its position as a biomethane plant manager and will represent a solid recognition of its business model based on the union between technical expertise and capacity to structure and develop projects in all their phases.
The GA_P Corporate and M&A team was formed by partner and head of the area Álvaro Mateo, and lawyers Clara Rivero, Luis Cuesta, Andrés Castro, Inés López and Rodrigo Fernández-Chillón.
