GA_P advises Agile Content on €50m bond programme registration in MARF

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has assisted Video solutions provider Agile Content with the registration of a €50 million bond programme on BME's Mercado Alternativo de Renta Fija (MARF)

According to its notification to BME Growth, the company will use the funds to undertake further acquisitions in a fragmented market and will finance CAPEX investments for organic growth.

MásMóvil’s TV provider has closed 2021 with a backlog of €280 million and revenues of €52 million, more than double that in 2021 plus after acquiring Euskaltel’s TV business.

In Spain, Agile TV has 710,000 subscribers after registering 43,000 net adds in the last quarter, making it one of the five fastest-growing operators in Europe.

The company is rated BB with a positive trend by EthiFinance Ratings (formerly Axesor Ratings), which acts as Global Coordinator and Paying Agent for the Programme. In addition, Norgestion is its Registered Advisor, while it has been legally advised by Gómez-Acebo & Pombo.
