Odilo, a Madrid-based startup that has built a white-label platform used by businesses or organizations to build their own customized e-learning offerings in a B2B2C model, raised $60 million in a financing round led by Bregal Milestone and joined by Swanlaab and CDTI, among others investors. The company previously raised $10 million in 2020, and other investors include Endeavor Catalyst, KIBO VC, JME VC, and Active VP.
Founded in 2011 and led by CEO Rodrigo Rodríguez, Odilo developed a SAAS platform that allows management, distribution, consumption, archiving and preservation of all types of digital content. Its list of customers includes companies such as Google, Vodafone, Beijing University and Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and the Government of Calgary in Canada, among others.
