Lluís Alcover joined Faus & Moliner in 2017 from PwC, where he worked for four years in the Legal M&A team.
He has experience in investment operations, due diligence processes, as well as in the drafting and negotiation of all types of commercial contracts. He currently advises national and international companies on corporate transactions, regulation of the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector, market access and drug financing.
Lluís graduated in Economics and Law from Universitat Pompeu Fabra and holds a Master´s degree in Company Tax & Legal advice from ESADE. He has a solid M&A background. He has extensive experience in dealing with all type of legal matters typical of the pharmaceutical industry, with a particular focus in market access and pricing of medicines.
Lluis is a regular speaker in a broad range of national and international conferences and author of various publications on these matters.
