Bárbara Pardo de Santayana Vidal-Abarca, an expert Tax lawyer, joins the firm founded in 1996 and headed by former Tax inspector and ex-EY partner Ricardo Briz de Labra as a Tax partner.
She joins from EY Abogados, where she was a partner in the Big Four´s People Advisory Services Global Mobility department, a firm where she has more than 34 years of experience in Tax Law.
Her fields of expertise include Tax advice to large companies with employees in international mobility, taxation of inpatriates and expatriates., taxation of stock plans and international assignment policies, as well as international tax advice on share plans.
Bárbara holds a Law degree from Universidad CEU San Pablo and a Master´s degree in Tax Consulting from Centro de Estudios Financieros. She has been a Tax lecturer at Universidad e Navarra and has been recognized by Best Lawyers for several years.
She is a regular contributor to several media on matters related to her speciality.
