LYRA ENVIRONMENT, S.L.U. is the owner of the BIZARRONA photovoltaic plant project located in the province of Cádiz with an installed capacity of 119.20 MWp, while LEPUS RENOVABLES, S.L.U. is the owner of the LEDA photovoltaic plant project located in the province of Zaragoza with an installed capacity of 20 MWp.
The EY Abogados Legal team involved in this transaction was formed by Corporate M&A and Private Equity partner Susana Gómez Badiola, together with senior manager Carmen Esteban García-Bernalt, senior manager Beatriz Ruiz Herrero, senior lawyer Beatriz Sánchez Rodríguez and lawyer Carlota Sepó Mendoza.
