Rocío has extensive experience in the design, implementation and review of risk prevention models for companies – compliance – having advised almost a hundred national and international companies in this area.
She is a specialist in Economic Criminal Law, and also an expert in Labour Criminal Law, a speciality in which she has worked simultaneously and in coordination with the internal departments of companies and teams of Labour lawyers in the defence of fwlonieswin this special field against workers’ rights, honour and reputation of the legal entity, harassment processes, business conflicts or disclosure of company secrets, among others.

She is a Law graduate from the Universidad de Málaga, sand also holds an advanced programme in Compliance from IE. Her more than 20 years of professional career has been carried out at Olleros Abogados and later at Andersen, being a relevant expert in the banking and pharmaceutical sectors; as well as in the construction sector in the field of occupational risk prevention, recurrently assuming the defence of some of the most relevant national and international companies in occupational accidents.
Rocío is recognised by the prestigious international directories Chambers and Partners in the recently published 2022 edition, and by Best Lawyers since 2019.
