The latter, founded in 2002, offers Internet services such as domain registrations, web hosting, VPS or dedicated servers. Its figures position it as one of the most innovative and promising hosting companies in Spain.
TWS, dedicated to the web hosting and cloud services market, provides specialised products and services, with the aim of leading the market through consolidation and product innovation.
This deal will mark a key milestone for both companies, reinforcing their leadership position in the market.
