Enrique Augusto González Iglesias joins Ejaso ETL Global as a new partner in the firm´s Vigo (Galicia) office.
He is a specialist in Commercial and Banking & Financa Law, family business advice, advice on transactions, M&A, Private Equity, Financing, Debt issuance, fundrising, and Restructuring and Insolvency.
González has spent a large part of his professional career in the Corporate and Financial-Banking areas of EY Abogados as a specialist in Corporate Legal advice to companies and financial institutions. He rejoined the Big Four in 2021, after having spent 3 years as a Commercial, and B&F lawyer from 2015 to 1017, and becoming later Financial advisor at Globalfinanzas Investment Group. In his last prosition at EY Abogados he was Commercial and Finance manager, and the firm´s Business Development manager in Galicia.
He is a Law and Economics graduate from Universidad de Vigo, and holds an MBA from UIE (Universidad Intercontinental de la Empresa)
He joins the team of Alfredo Cerezales Fernández, partner and head of the Ejaso ETL Global Galicia office and Alberto Lopez, partner and head of the Tax department in Galicia.
