EJASO expands Litigation area with partner hire

EJASO ETL Global has hired Litigation and Real Estate expert Juan Carlos Rubio Esteban as a partner, joining the Litigation & Arbitration department headed by Alejandro Falero de Rato

Juan Carlos Rubio Esteban joins EJASO ETL Global as a partner, reinforcing a strategic and flagship department of the firm: Litigation.

Juan Carlos Rubio Esteban, a lawyer with more than 35 years of experience, and until now founding partner of Acebo & Rubio, joins the department headed by Alejandro Falero de Rato. He has also been a partner at Acebo & Bernal and at Sala, Acebo & Bernal.

Juan Carlos is an expert in Litigation, Civil, Commercial and Real Estate Law, specially with shopping centres. His professional experience goes back more than 25 years in the Shopping Centre sector (from interventions in the original “Multicentros” in Madrid; through Shopping Centres that were considered paradigmatic, such as “La Vaguada”; to the latest generation of Shopping Centres in our country, such as “Marineda City”).

He is a Law graduate from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, with post-graduate training on Urban Planning Law by the Madrid Bar and Legal Advice to companies from Escuela de Práctica Jurídica. Juan Carlos has lectured on the Shopping Centre and Retail Park sector and legal training courses for Property Management, Marketing and Management Teams in this industry. He is also a regular contributor to radio programmes on the real estate and retail sector, and has published in magazines on the shopping centre and retail park sector.
