The company, the result of a technology transfer spin-off from the Institut of Fisic of Altes Energies (IFAE), has emerged as an innovative initiative in its field. The complexity of this operation lies in the need to modify a technology transfer agreement previously agreed between Deep Detection and IFAE. The purpose of this modification was to include the conditions and requirements raised by the investors. In addition, the aim was to ensure the acceptance of the investment agreement and the shareholding structure proposed by the main investor, thus achieving a balance that would benefit all parties involved.
“We are committed to providing the highest quality legal and strategic advice, ensuring that the interests of all parties are fairly reflected in the final agreement,” said César Espert, partner at Ejaso.
This strategic transaction was carried out in collaboration with other leading investors such as TTAF, Vigo Ventures and Intempo Ventures.
Ejaso’s Innovative Businesses & Venture Capital team, formed by partner César Espert Rodríguez, Daniela Leal Vargas, senior associate, and Pablo Bernabé has comprehensively advised Bullnet Capital in its main investment in Deep Detection, S.L, a leading technology company in X-ray inspection technology.
