EiDF Solar is a Spanish company specialising in photovoltaic solar energy installations, acting as an integrated operator in the energy sector. Its business activity is broken down into three areas: self-consumption, generation and commercialisation.
Headquartered in Pontevedra (Galicia), BME Growth-listed EiDF Solar has twelve sales offices throughout Spain: Navarra, Canary Islands, Valencia, Andalusia, Catalonia, Aragon, Castilla y León, Castilla la Mancha, Murcia, Asturias and Extremadura. It has executed more than 3,000 self-consumption installations in Spain for companies of different sectors and sizes, with a total capacity of 300 MW.
José María is a Law graduate from Universidad de Vigo, and holds a Master´s degree in Corporate Law, Financial Management and M&A from ISDE Law and Business School. He holds more than 11 years of experience, many of them at Big Four (PwC and KPMG). he is an expert in Litigation, with more than 2,000 interventions in court, one of them representing and IBEX-35 company coordinating an eight-lawyers team.
He joins EiDF Solar from KPMG, where he worked in the firm´s Litigation and Insolvency area.
