Elena is a partner in the Intellectual & Industrial Property and Audiovisual Law & Information Technology department at ECIJA. She holds a degree in Law from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and has more than 15 years of experience providing comprehensive legal advice in the field of Intellectual Property, Entertainment Law and digital platforms, with special emphasis on the audiovisual and publishing sector.
The Asociación Estatal de Cine (State Film Association) is the national association of audiovisual producers that brings together the largest number of production companies.
Elena has extensive experience in advising on audiovisual production matters and her experience in the legal defence of matters relating to copyright, unlawful interference with the right to honour, privacy and personal image, trademark infringement and unfair competition, among others, is particularly noteworthy.
She recentily joined ECIJA from PONS IP, where she was previously head of the Legal department and head of the Intellectual Property and Audiovisual Law department. In the academic field, Elena is lecturer at different universities and business schools and in the Master´s degree in Representation and Management of Artists and Athletes at Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economía (ISDE).
