Once the transfer of powers had been signed in a notary’s office in Zaragoza, the new Real Zaragoza president gave a brief press conference in which he explained his satisfaction with this new phase and in which he outlined some of the main lines of his project and the new members of the Board, including ECIJA Zaragoza office partner Cristina LLop, who joins as secretary non-director.
Cristina is a partner in the Dispute Resolution and Litigation practice areas at ECIJA, with more than 12 years of litigation experience: defense and attendance into different procedures of Civil, Criminal, Commercial, and Contentious and Administrative nature of handled litigations before Spanish courts of justice.
She advises clients on issues related to all areas of civil law: separations, divorces and dissolutions of domestic partnerships; incapacities; filiation; civil liability; inheritances; rentals; contracts.
She is former president of CEAJ, counselor of the General Council of the Spanish Lawyer and vice-secretary of communication and marketing of the CGAE. Prior to joining ECIJA, she was founder and managing partner of Llop & Velasco law firm.
Cristina holds a degree in Law and LLM in Legal Practice from the Universidad de Zaragoza.
