Javier Sánchez Valiente has been working for the last three years as a Corporate and M&A lawyer at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. He is specialised in public and private takeovers, P2P transactions, private equity, joint ventures and corporate and shareholder advice.
He is a Law and Business Administration graduate from the Universidad Pontificia Comillas ICAI-ICADE.
