DWF-RCD has just incorporated Ignacio Aragón as a new partner in the firm´s Corporate department.
Aragón has extensive experience in Corporate Governance matters, both in listed and unlisted companies, as well as in advising on conflicts between partners. He is also an expert in Mergers and Acquisitions, Real Estate transactions and Securities markets, both Regulatory and Equity Capital Markets.
He joins from Cremades & Calvo-Sotelo, where he has been heading the firm´s Corporate department as a partner since 2014, having joined the firm in 2010.
DWF-RCD’s new partner holds a law degree from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and various Master’s degrees from universities and business schools, including a General Management programme (PDG) from IESE. He teaches Corporate Law and M&A at ISDE Law & Business School in the Master´s degree in Corporate and Finance Management and Shareholder Activism in the Master´s degree in International Law at the same institution. He also lectures Commercial Law at Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
He is a member of the Board of JABA I Inversiones Inmobiliarias, SOCIMI, S.A.
