Xavier Calderó joined DWF-RCD Labour area in Barcelona in 2018, before RCD´s integration into DWF. Previously, he was a senior lawyer in the Labour and Commercial areas of law firm Ribé Salat.
He is a specialist in Labour and Social Security Law, and holds extensive professional experience advising numerous companies and multi-sectoral knowledge. He has developed his career in various firms and companies such as RocaJunyent, Bufet Sorroca Serrano, Indra, Lexaudit Consursal and lately DWF-RCD, from which now he joins Durán-Sindreu.
Xavier holds a Law degree from ESADE, and holds a Master´s degree in Labour Law from the same institution, with post-graduate studies in Company Law from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya, and specialisation courses on Insolvency Law from Centro de Estudios Financieros (CEF) and the Notary Public Association of Catalonia.
