The complex consists of eight freehold buildings and a co-ownership interest in a ninth building, all of which are for residential and commercial use and are located on Félix Boix, Doctor Fleming and Carlos Maurrás streets in Madrid. The properties adjoin the Castellana 200 shopping and office centre, owned by Allianz.
