For the last year, Beatriz has been working as of counsel at Gold Abogados. She was previously working at Herbert Smith Freehills, law firm that she joined in 2012, and after that at Gold Abogados as of counsel. She is experienced in advising companies and Private Equity firms on structure, negotiation, and implementation of M&A deals, Joint Ventures, and Corporate Restructuring both at the national and international levels.
She is a Law and Business Administration and Management graduate from Universidad Pontificia Comillas ICAI-ICADE, and holds a Master’s degree in Taxation and Tax Consultancy from Centro de Estudios Financieros. She has also taken exchange programmes at the faculty of Law at Georg-August-Universität Göttingen and at ESSEC Business School.
