Pablo joins DLA Piper from Cases & Lacambra, which he joined in 2019 as a partner. Over his over twenty-year career, he has taken part in a significant number of corporate and finance transactions, with a focus on the energy, infrastructure and construction sectors, primarily across Europe, the US and Latin America.
Pablo worked for Abengoa, the international company that applies innovative technology solutions for sustainability in the infrastructures, energy and water sectors, for seven years. He was a senior counsel in the Group’s General Secretariat and Head of the legal department of Abengoa Projects Warehouse. He has also worked at Alfanar Energy where he was head of its legal department.
