DLA Piper, an international law firm, has strengthened its Corporate area with the incorporation of Marta Vizcaíno Martín as of counsel for Mergers and Acquisitions. Marta Vizcaíno Martín has 15 years of experience in this area, advising on numerous Private Equity and Venture Capital investment transactions, and has in-depth knowledge of the energy and infrastructure sectors. She has developed her career in firms such as Hogan Lovells, Uría Menendez and, more recently, in Eversheds Sutherland.
A graduate in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid, Vizcaíno Martin holds a Master’s degree in Finance from the IEB, a Master’s degree in LegalTech from the IE Law School and an advanced course in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning from the School of Industrial Organisation. She is also the director of Legal Tech and innovation programmes in the Legal sector at the Instituto de Estudios Bursátiles.
