The centres are located in Asia-Pacific, the Americas and Europe, including Spain, where the transaction was structured through the sale of two companies, Booking.com and
through the sale of two Spanish companies. Booking.com will retain the management of its in-house support centres located in Amsterdam and Manchester.
This transaction represents an expansion of the strategic partnership between the two companies.
The DLA Piper´s team advising from Spain was led by Corporate partner Joaquín Echánove,
