Borja has extensive experience in commercial law, M&A and securities market matters, advising leading companies on some of the most important transactions in the Spanish market in these areas. He also previously worked as a lawyer at Uría Menéndez.
He also has experience in Industrial Property, Competition and Procedural Law.
He is a Law graduate from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, a Master’s degree in Corporate Legal Consultancy from IE Law School and a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
