El Camaleón de Rubik, the first Asturian environment dedicated to the incubation of talent and innovation as well as a co-working centre, has successfully achieved its first pre-seed funding round for the amount of €100K (equity funding). Side by side with its founders, Gaspar Fernández and Ángel Domínguez-Gil, some businessmen from Asturias and abroad are now part of this project as shareholders.
The pre-seed legal advisory services were led by Daniel Gutiérrez Bernardo, founder of DG LAW | Derecho de los Negocios & Propiedad Intelectual, an expert lawyer in startups with a strong specialisation in Corporate Law & M&A, Intellectual Property, Digital Business, and Sports. El Camaleón de Rubik has already managed funding rounds for startups, hosted events related to entrepreneurship, and will soon open its private incubator, the first of this kind located within the Principality of Asturias.
Much more than coworking
El Camaleón de Rubik emerges out of the need to offer a space where the entrepreneur is the centre. Envisions its space exclusively oriented to its users where the former adapt to their requirements. Gaspar Fernández Domínguez, co-founder, explains that El Camaleón de Rubik “is a polyhedral space. It stands for the need to convert the space into a service where everybody can use it without understanding such space as an asset but as a service convertible to anyone’s needs in a unique way.”
