Euronext Access Paris has decided the admission to trading of Alicante-based Embention Sistemas Inteligentes S.A. on Euronext Access, with 4,246,560 shares to be admitted to trading starting on April 29, with a nominal value of €0.06 and an issue price of €4.54.
Embention Sistemas Inteligentes, S.A., established in 2007, specialises in the development, manufacture and commercialization of critical components and systems for drones and autonomous vehicles ready to fly for professional and military use. The company offers transponders, video transmissions, altimeters, autopilots, gimbal cameras, tracking antennas, control stations, etc.
Embention reached €3,006,535.65 net sales in 2021 with an EBITDA of €955,657.78 and a net income of €417,813.35.
“Joining Euronext Access gives us the visibility and exposure to international investors needed to boost the company’s global reach,” said David Benavente, CEO of Embention.
The company designed Fellow Funders Capital Markets as a Listing Sponsor in other to lead the incorporation into Euronext Access, and Devesa & Calvo as Legal advisors.
Devesa & Calvo advised Embention with a team led by Corporate & Commercial partner Juan Antonio Botella, along with associate María Roldán.
