Dentons has announced today the following leadership appointments for its Global Board:
- Karen Martin as Global vice chair
- Andrea Johnson as a member of the Dentons Global Board
The ifrm has also appointed Laura Estep as presiding member of the Dentons Canada Region Board

This happens after the announcement that Global chairman, Joe Andrew, decided to not run for another term as the Firm marks its 10th anniversary. Mr. Andrew, who is the founding Global chairman of Dentons, and founding Global chairman of one of Dentons’ predecessor firms, SNR Denton, will continue to serve as Global chairman into next year. following Mr. Andrew’s decision, the Global Board has decided to formally retire the Global chairman role after Mr. Andrew leaves the role. All other global management positions remain in place.
