Mario Sáez Bascuñana joins EJASO ETL Global to head the Public Law practice in the Madrid office, a strategic area for the firm.
Mario has more than 18 years of experience in the field, having worked for large companies such as Grupo Tragsa, as well as for leading firms such as Deloitte, Allen & Overy, MVA Asociados and Dentons, where he was a senior associate in the firm´s Energy and Regulated sectors department. At Dentons, he was part of the team that advised Aquila Capital on its 10MW portfolio acquisition in Spain in February 2022.
With his arrival, the firm´s expands the team made up of Carlos Rodriguez Vallecillo, José Angel Castillo Cano-Cortés, and Alfredo Cerezales Fernández, co-heads of the Public Law department.
According to the firm, this signing is another step towards consolidating our commitment to talent and our plan to grow and attract top professionals to the firm.
Mario Sáez holds a double degree in Law and Business Administration from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
