Dentons Public Law pro rejoins Medrano Asesores

Medrano Asesores has hired Carlos Pemán, who rejoins the firm from Dentons, where he was a Public & Environmental Law associate

Carlos Pemán started his career at Zaragoza-based law firm Medrano Asesores, and joined Ramón y Cajal Abogados in Madrid in 2017. He later moved to Linares Barrera Abogados in Madrid, working in the firm´s Corporate, Real Estate and Commercial Litigation.

He joined the Dentons Madrid office in 2020, from where he now rejoins the law firm in which he started as a trainee. At Dentons, he was an associate in the firm´s Public and Environmental Law department at the Madrid office, advising major national and international companies on all kinds of issues related to Public Law and the so-called regulated sectors. In particular, he is very experienced in public procurement, the liability of public administrations and sanction procedures.

Carlos also advises clients from the most varied sectors and industries (mining, chemical, retail, consulting, etc.) on environmental matters, including contaminated soils, circular economy, waste management, industrial emissions and environmental liability, among others.

Carlos is a Law graduate from Universidad de Zaragoza, and holds a Master´s degree in Legal Advice to Companies from IE Business School.
