Based in Barcelona, Diego Pol leads the Compliance and Investigations practice in Spain. He assists clients in the design and implementation of compliance programs, and in the planning and execution of complex internal investigations. Diego has advised numerous Spanish companies on export controls and international trade sanctions. Judith Aron, partner in Dentons’ Berlin office, focuses on global corporate remediation and anti-corruption compliance. She has significant experience in advising clients, particularly in the health sector, on the repercussions of the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act outside the US. She is also a member of the Europe Women’s Advancement Committee, which is focused on advancing women lawyers and leaders within Dentons. In 2021, Judith was recognized as one of the world’s top 100 women lawyers in the field of compliance and investigations in GIR’s Women in Investigations.

“In this era of increased scrutiny from regulators, the public and the media, Compliance and Investigations is an area of growing demand from our clients. With this reappointment, our focus will continue on assisting them in growing and operating their businesses in a compliant and sustainable manner,” said Diego Pol.
