As initially announced by El Confidencial, and confirmed by Public and Regulatory of counsel at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo Luis Gil, Luis will join Dentons Energy department headed by Fermín Garbayo as of counsel.
He is specialised in Energy Law, General Administrative Law, Regulated Sectors and Public Works.
He holds a Law Degree from Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Additionally, he has completed an Advanced Course in Energy Law (Instituto de Empresa,) and a Master in Competition Law (Universidad Juan Carlos I). He served as a member of the legal team for liberalized activities (gas and electricity) for the Naturgy Group.
Luis is recognised in the prestigious legal directories – including Chambers & Partners and Legal 500 – as one of the leading professionals in Energy and Natural Resources and Projects and Energy.
He has participated as author or co-author in several specialised legal publications.
