Davide Boffi focuses on Employment Law, Trade Union Law and agency contracts and has led Dentons’ Employment and Labour department in Italy since 2019. He regularly provides assistance to Italian and foreign companies in relation to all Labour Law matters inherent to the ordinary and extraordinary management of the company and has consolidated experience in both litigation and out-of-court, particularly in corporate reorganisation processes and industrial relations.
