Dentons has advised private equity firm Scannell Properties on the sale of a logistics warehouse located in Santa Perpètua de Mogoda, Barcelona

The warehouse, inaugurated in 2022, has a surface area of approximately 21,000 square metres and its location, just a few minutes from the city centre and the port, makes it a very attractive logistics site. In fact, the asset has been sold under a lease to French manufacturer Daher.
The Dentons team advising on the transaction was led by Real Estate partner Itxaso López. Associates Manuel de Cueto and Carlota García-Ovíes also participated in the transaction.
