The transaction was made on behalf of Hines European Property Partners (HEPP) core-plus fund.
The assets are extremely well located, with excellent connectivity to the local transportation networks and population centres. The Dutch properties are located in close proximity to Amsterdam’s Schiphol Airport. The Spanish logistics centre is five minutes from the main entrance of Barcelona’s El Prat Airport.
Real Estate partners Itxaso Lopez Diez and Dirk-Jan Gondrie led the local teams in Spain and the Netherlands, respectively. The team in Spain included associates Gumersindo Clemente and Francisco de Bonilla Diaz.
