Antoni Companys has extensive experience in advising companies and public bodies on Regulatory and Environmental issues and has been involved in all types of administrative and contentious-administrative proceedings related to environmental issues.
Antoni joins from Uría Menéndez Barcelona office, and has a long professional experience in advising industrial companies, credit institutions and public sector bodies on environmental regulation, particularly in relation to environmental liability, circular economy and environmental taxation. He also worked in the Bogotá office of Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uría (PPU), in the Infrastructure and Projects area, as well as in the firm’s London office.
With a degree in Law and Economics from Pompeu Fabra University and a Master of Laws (LL.M) from King’s College London, Antoni is a regular speaker at business and academic seminars and conferences in the Environmental and Regulatory field.
